Booked and waiting for Mint White Palio MJD SDX - Team-BHP

Hi ,

I have booked and currently waiting for the Mint White Palio MJD SDX.

Want to know from the experts :

1> Please let me know what should I do in PDI . I think there is one thread for that but I am unable to locate it. I have told concorde motors not to register the vehicle before my inspection.

2> How to be sure that I am getting fresh piece and not the one that is lying in the stockyard or rejected by someone else. Can I check that when this car reached Concorde Motors Bangalore. How to check this information. What should I ask to check this information.

3> How to check the manufacturing date of the vehicle.

Please reply back soon so that I should be ready with all the information.

How long is the wait approx. any idea, White is a good color for palio.
How much its coming to On road? Any offers, discounts etc

Waiting time for the Palio SDX is about 3-4 weeks.
Its 5.77 Lacs on road due to increase in road tax in Bangalore.

Please answer to my query# 2 and 3.

fiat fan make sure you go to the stock yard and choose the car yourself

There is only 1 White Mint which is in transit and might be reaching Sunday night.
I told them clearly that first I see the car and then you can take the car for registeration.
Executive is saying Monday morning they will bring the car in showroom where I can inspect and give a final go.
Is it fine?

I have already taken print of PDI.

Congrats on your new Palio MJD.

The answer to your question #3 is in the thread posted by gr8guzzler, if you go through the thread completely.

To help ease things out, i am quoting what TrueDreamer in that thread has said about the manufacturing date -

Your car's make can be found from Chassis number usually.

You should usually get this info from your car's Chassis number. You should usually get this info in 3 to 5 days after booking your car at the maximum if the car is readily available. Find out with your manufacturer or other users of the same car in this forum on how this info is encoded and decoded and how this can be helpful to you.

Hope this helps... And i am not too sure of question #2.. So the other members might be able to help you out with that!!!
