The tyre is definitely a gonner, the amazing road conditions in our country subject the tyres to the worst life they ever could go through. There was a side wall bulge which burst when I was taking a roundabout in the parking. As now there is no pressure in the wheel you will not be able to make out the buldge.

Still waiting for advice from the guys here.

Some photos as requested by you guys, they were taken on the iPhone and the tinge is the interior lights and the foot lights. The car is a little dirty inside gotta get her cleaned up. Its very very spacious and in absolutely lovely condition as you can see from the pictures.

The camera is lousy we all know that for sure

My whole family has shifted to Diesel after the Viva CRDi came into our lives, now there is a Octy and a Swift both burning oil. Very very happy with both of them, Dad was a little concerned about such a big car for me to use here in Pune but I hardly take her out usually am zipping around on the bike or a scooty only. And am getting very decent average so far (about 11) so its all good. Thank you for the compliments I am looking at some improvements soon!

The pound has dropped through the roof, I am really getting itchy eBay trigger fingers!

Had opened her up to fix the angel eyes, the smaller set is dead. A new set has been ordered and will be on soon.

Fixed the fog lamps as they were disconnected as well.

Getting a oil change done soon, not driving her much anyways.

Earlier I thought the headlight washers didnt work but reading throught the manual I saw they only engage when the lights are on and you press the windshield clear button!

Discovered a couple of other funky things about the car as well. I feel so stupid I did not know the steering was telescopic!

She is running 265/35 all around now. Rides much better then before and the OZ's are protected more as well. Had a very nice roadtrip in her, for so many mods she is quite reliable et all never had any issues except the damned tires touchwood.

Michilin Pilot Sport 2 its the NO series which is designed per Porsche specs and the same one used on the Veyron rated over 400km/h cant go wrong with that.

Interesting Read : Michelin India - Pilot Sport 2

20k per tyre. you mean this exact size is used on the veyron or the pilot sport 2 is used on the veyron?

edit - the veyron uses 265s on the front.

I meant the tyre not the size, it was mentioned on the website that I posted. I was not aware of the exact sizes.

Guys can you please shed some light on what is the wierd o with a slash in the middle signify? Any tips for maintaining tires like these? I mean this car's tires get better treatment then my other CARS! I never imagined that I will be spending 20k per tire. This is a huge amount! But needless to say she deserves it.

I would love to talk about the car with all you guys, I think she is going to be due for a service soon anyone you guys would recommend?

Nope not at all, unintentional wheelspins do happen during spirited driving though. They serve their purpose well. The grip levels are mindboggeling. I dont think its physics wise possible to drift the car with this rubber.

I knew PP2's were priced on the higher side, but 20k is shocking! Did you consider anu options from Yokohama or Bridgestone or any other brand, just to know the price comparision.

And thats a great car man, post a few more good pics and a video of the remus exhaust.

BTW, read in some mag sometime ago that the front door costs a bomb (1lakh +) Is it true?
