Congrats on the new car buddy !!! I'm wondering which one will be the best car in this segment. It might be a question of choice but again I'm too confused.. I believe one is, while planning to buy a new car. Your ownership experience might help.

Congrats once again Buddy !!!

Cheers,
DJ

Thank you very much!!

I was sure of what car to buy inspite of the legendary Fiat A.S.S. However in my view the car had too many pros to cons to ignore it and the pros of the car like Road Stability and grip were my priorities too.

The buying exp was not very good partly because of the false commitment given by the Sales guy at the Concorde showroom in Chennai. My car was the first car to be manufactured and delivered in Chennai in 2009 and there were delays because of the trucker's strike in the first part of 2009.

I had to wait for almost 4 weeks for the car. Apart from that the exp was pretty fine in terms of paperwork and other small things.

Please ask me in detail if you would like me to elaborate further.

I am Sorry for the delay in uploading Pics as i have been driving my Baby all around town and THANK YOU for your comments. It has been a warm welcome at Team-BHP.

I have clocked around 1050 KM in 5 days. will be giving for its first service tomorrow.
65% Highway
35% City
95% AC on

FE - 17.73kmpl (410 km - 23.11 Ltrs).

Its been driving like a dream. I have been restricting myself to around 2300 -2600 RPM and down shifting at around 1100 rpm after going thru Team BHP's forum's discussions. PLease do advise if thats OK and or if i need to also keep someting else in mind as this is my FIRST Diesel car.

The turbo effect is really exciting between 2000-2400 rpm and i cant wait to really floor it after the run-in.

I have installed the following ICE.

HU - Blaupunkt Hamburg MP57
Front - Blaupunkt component 130cm Thc-542
Rear - Blaupunkt co-axial Thx-693 (wooden plank)

I am planning to put in a Amp and a sub later. Can someone please suggest a good amp and sub to match this config.

Please do revert with your comments.

congrats bogus on your purchase. Your car looks neat in this easy to maintain colour.
Great mileage, good power, roomy interiors and looks good too.
I am wondering why this is not selling like the swift, Is it purely because of the *** of TATA?

Good choice of color, steering wheel still too big, they should make it smaller now.
