Two inch would be about 5 cms. You will lose 5 cms of your ground clearance!

And how frequently would you be going for service? And what about the time frame between the damage and the next service?

Frankly, if an after market person can do this for a car at this price, I am sure the manufacturer can do it at a fraction of the cost in his assembly line.

But like any other accessory, it is the customer's choice.

My Car got it's First Service from VST Motors Chennai @ 3500 kms.
All issues were handled well.
Car was cleaned (Usual interior and Exterior cleaning job) and Wheel Alignment also done.
No Oil change.only Top up has been carried out.
Painiting job has been done in the Front Left Side Door and costed Rs.1900.Piant Job is Good and there's no Visible difference.
As of now there is no rattling sound.
Still there is no OEM Mud Flaps and Boot Mat.Yet to arrive.
Speaker jarring is unattended as Blaunkpunkt Service Advisor is not available.Awaiting them to check and fix.

How much did you have to pay?

Was wheel alignment a part of this service?

Did the oil (or any other fluid) need any top up?

Best way is to throw the speakers out and get a couple of pair of great speakers of the same size and fit it there . The speakers are crap.

yes planning to change the speakers.
But the Blaunkpunkt System is not good enough to handle high RMS as it's only 30*4 rms only.
we need to have Amplifier. But heard there is no o/p.
Please let me know if there is a way to add amp and woofers and High end speakers.

Sorry for being persistent.

What top up was done? Since you have not paid anything, I doubt about the top ups, as the consumables are chargeable even for free services.

There should not be any need for top ups, in my opinion, if all the fluids were correctly filled to start with.

Oops I am not sure though.
I asked Service Guy,He told they topped up windscreen,Gear,Brake,Engine fluids.
But i haven't checked it personally.
I'll check with Works Manager and let you know.
yes i too have the same doubt.without spending single penny how they did topup.

While you are at it, ask them to tell you the specific quantity used for each top up.

I am sure that is a standard statement that is given to make you feel that they have done all the checking.

I will trouble you (or any Linea owner) for one more thing. The owner's manual would have a service schedule chart. Could you scan it and put it up?

Hi Linea Owners,

Any one knows how the Trip Computer works?
IMO,it does work quiet good but strangely.
Every time both A and B Trip Meter is running,if you reset either A or B.
But at my Third refueling,i did something in trip meter and only B trip was running and not A Trip.
There's no clue in Manual.
Please let me know.

What i want is i need to run either A or B trip as my wish by resetting.

check again. probably only A trip is running & not the B trip. There is no option to turn off A trip. You may have turn off the option of B trip.

Go yo Menu on the dash, Right Hand Side below steering. Select TripB option & turn it ON & check. Both A & B should work then

karthik,
As far as I know tripA will always be there. You have option to turn OFF tripB from the settings menu.

IMO its useful to have both. Although its a pain to cycle through each entry.
I keep tripA for mileage stats. And trip B will hold one particular trip (long drive etc) Data.
