My car's mar'09 manufacture. It doesn't have it either.
I dont want that rear hook anyway, it spoils the looks !

karthik,
Did the blaupunkt dealer inspect your speakers?
What was the solution for the speaker noise?
Even my speakers jarr at high volume and also hear vibrations (maybe because of my door also). The sunfilm fellows screwed up the doors big time.

I think this funda is alltogether different than old batches or new batches
The machines punched holes in some bumpers and fiat had to put caps in there

Manmachine,
You mean this, hahahaha

Some bulges have come in the Bonnet of my car .I don't know how it came.
I have shown it to other linea owners in Chennai Meet.
I have already sent a mail to TATA CSM fo this issue and he examined the extrusion too.
Check the Photo,Marked in Red Color.

Dude, did you hit something? The bigger bump seems like the bonnet is raised after hitting something while driving?

thats strange! where do you park your car? Have you done any exterNaL body treatment ? or is it the chennai heat ?

also possibilities are that the bonnet has had some dent repairs before delivery ..very remotely possible!

Unhappy

The possibility of the pointing bulge is, on doing service the bonnet hook sometime gets off bcos' of the plastic thinge on the bonnet (useless) and when the hook falls of, pointing upward followed by the bonnet falling over it can make it happen and i had such experience with my Honda before.

Nope, I haven't banged anywhere.
It's not visible while delivering the car.
It came after 1st service only. (not sure though)
The second small bump in the right came 5 days before only.
I never opened the bonnet, again it's like an extrusion happened at time of bonnet closing IMO.
Might be some issue inside the bonnet lock.

yes this is the only possible way to produce the bulge in the bonnet.
I already sent a mail to TATA CSM and he will be getting back with FIL advice.

Smile

Hey karthik ! Do you think that this car is underpowered b'cos after having near 6000 Kms of ownership i definitely feel its not underpowered. Why i am getting this question now is after going thro the initial test drive reports the one word which i see in almost all the post is "UNDERPOWERED". At the same time i dont say there is MORE POWER either but definitely not underpowered. I think we have to own the car to know more about the car. What Say?

As i already told,it's not underpowered.
But you have to drive in right RPM/Gears and very drivable in Both City and Highway.
It's awesome to drive the car using the torque.
you can feel the surge from 3 gears itself.
Don't worry about others.
I love my car in all aspects and never bother about others.

Slogan for Linea Owners.
Neighbors ENVY,Owners PRIDE.(though it's copied from Onida it's very well suited for our FIAT LINEA)
