Check the Photo,Marked in Red Color.
Karthik,
I too have got the 2 bulges, which wasn't there earlier. Mine has not gone for service yet so it's not that. The place where it bulges is covered by the noise deadening material so it cannot be something hitting the bonnet from underneath. I suspect it's the heat causing some mischief!!

It's going for 1st service tomorrow so I'll asked them if it has been reported before. But I'm sure the answer is "sir, you must have done it"...

Gears,
Red-One.

@ karthik,

Am at those bulges. Will check my car tomorrow morning while washing but it shouldnt have happened. It seems that something hit from below but heat causing that problem i dont think so. Its such a heavy bonnet that bulges coming out because of heat looks almost impossible.

Nope it's not possible because there is a layer of steel behind the place where the Bulge came out.Bulge is exactly at the joint of the steel layer welded.
The only way is happened while closing the Bonnet. Some might be the problem near Bonnet Lock assembly.

Yestreday VST Service Enginers came to my office and fixed all niggling issues related to rattling im my car.
They fixed all doors with New Clips and Glove box adjusted.
As of now, there's no single rattling heard.
Good going

Unfortunately while coming to office today, two craps zig zagged there motorbike and fell down in my car and made a scratch in Left Front Wheel fender.Paint has gone away and black color is visible.it's like a streak along with Fender bent.

The Main thing is,I haven't felt anything inside the car but the Bike guy fell down some feet ahead of my car due to got a bang from a Tank(Linea).
Instantly i had a smile in my face.how solid this car was? after that reality hit me.went out and checked the car.Only a small scracth as said earlier.

oh Fellow linea owners, the car really rocks in build quality.

Good that all rattling issues were removed your service centre is too good.

Regarding build quality, its the best. My uncle owns a City vtec and he had opened my bonnet one day and was drooling all over the build quality. He said he is fida with the force required to open the bonnet it was so heavy, even doors require "taakat". Everytime he meets me and says i spent 7.5 lacs on this car (city bought in feb) i should have atleast checked out Linea in the showroom.
We are driving around in the safest C segment car buddies.

Pleased to know this Karthik. Your service station & the inevitable TATA CSM seems to be too good

Sorry to know this. I'm always afraid of Bikers & Autorikshaws, but you know they are unavoidable. May be you can use some Rubbing Compound to lighten the scratch (am not sure, you can get some very good advice from the Article: Car Care Thread here)

The other day I was stopped at a signal and a bus hit me from behind (slowly moving forward). Heard a fairly loud sound, but didn't feel anything in the car.
I thought this is it, my first dent ... But surprise surprise, no damage done!

Yes Aswin,

I have been thinking the incident still now.
I am very upset and without my intervention it happened :(
I had a thought to give a peace of mind to those stupid motor walas.

I love to drive a scratchless Motor.Now-a-days i used to drive defensively.
Ya i know, scratch is happened often driving inside the city.
still I want my car without any scratches.

Best thing is to acuumulate these scratches and paint it at one shot part by part as we cannot claim insurance for all these small things

Same here. I do not like scratches, even small dents to continue remain on my car. In my earlier car, I've claimed insurance almost every year for something or the other but kept the car free of those scratches, dents. Having said that small barely visible scratches are inevitable & bound to occur.
