Guys try and lemme know
Lina never understood when I say "FOLDERS", not even a single time. So much so that I started doubting if there is a command like "FOLDERS"

I've to always change Folders manually.

It works for me most of the times.
The "ol" part of "folder" should pronunciated in a bit elongated way.
You can hear the pronunciation here:
folder - Definition from the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary

I think American accent would work better (as B&M is Microsoft tech)

Default Mechanical Issue .. Might be

Hi All,

I am getting a squeaking noise from the Shocks while driving over speed breakers and adulterant roads in slow speed between 20-40 kmph.

Might be it's because of mud settled over the spring dampers.
Here in Chennai, from last week itself,it has been raining cat & dog.
All roads are flooded some what.

So planned for a visit to VST Motors tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

These are the issues to be taken car.

1. Squeaking noise from front shock absorbers while crossing potholes and speed breakers in 20kms speed.
2. Squeaking noise from Clutch while pressing and depressing.
3. Parcel tray fitment. Not fitted properly.
4. New B Pillar stickers installation by 3M guys.

Yesterday i have visisted VST Service Station.
completed all works i listed earlier and except Squeaking noise from the shocks.
It might be the issue with the struts/studs.
But the spare is not available.tried with every dealer in chennai and no one have it in stock.
Ordered the spare and will be availabe within a week and get it repaired soon.

They cleaned/greased dampers and strut assembly and put it back, i am not getting the squeaking noise now.

3M guys came and did a good job and the B-Pillar stickers cost almost Rs.1200.

Got the money reimbursed from Xenos Galleria as they only torn the stickers while installing Sunfilms.

Indent Struts/Studs have come to VST motors within 3 days.
I am going to VST service station this saturday again and get it fixed.

Though it's not a big issue.for my satisfaction I am changing it in the front Driver side.
It needs wheel alignment too after changing the struts.

Default Issues : Bonnet Bulge and WindShield Sunfilm

hmmm....
Again some issues.
1.Bonnet Bulges again in the same place as before. No idea how it happened again in the same place.I escalated to Sidha,TATA CSM.He assured to do the needful.
I asked for a new bonnet.I am going to VST tomorrow for struct replacement.
I'll show it to works manager.Definitely i need a permanent fixation.

2.Xenos Front Windshield sun film
There are so many swirls formed in parallel and horizontal now in many places. It distracts the driving very much. Especially night driving.
I have shown it to the Xenos Manager Mr.Subramanian and he asked me to wait for some more days as it's disappeared automatically.
But by fate,It is getting worse day by day.
I called him and he replied that he will bring a technical guy to my Home or office and check the film.
He is ready to change with new sunfilm installation.
But i want to know the real cause. It's because of Sunfilm or wrong installation.
Might be i am the first who installed Panorama Sterling 60 Windshield Sunfilm in a car.
Before they used to install HP Sterling 70 Windshield Sunfilm.
I am exhausted totally.

Awaiting for them to get a fixation.
