Congrats Karthik on crossing 10000 K's. And i absolutely agree with you that Linea is a pleasure to drive. I also try to keep on finding excuses to go for a drive. We bought a Alto for daily running around coz Linea is a pain to park. But Linea just feels so good that we still run around in our dearest Linea.

Congrats Karthik on hitting 10K. Another 5K to go for next service? Can't deny the driving pleasure Linea gives you.

Just dropped my car in VST Service Station for Bonnet Replacement.
Mr.Ramesh,Service GM,VST himself came with me for test drive.
Enjoying their hospitality.
VST got a Checklist from FIAT to check every Linea and Punto coming to their place.
Almost it listed every issues we have faced till now.
Might be some of us have seen it before.
Service advisor simply use this list to check every point ans ask the technician to fix it if needed.
Good move by FIAT though it's too late

It is good to see VST doing its bit to help fiat customers.

May be fiat is bucking under the pressure of team-bhpians!!

Nope i felt some difference in riding and give good cushioning at slow drive.
But Filling Nitrogen is a real pain and every time i have to check for the availability before i fill diesel in IOCL and searching for the person.
Moreover it reduces automatically by 2 psi even in spare too within a month.I checked mutiple times.
In my native it's tough to find nitrogen filling station.
so back to normal air which freely available everywhere.

Got my car back from VST in prime condition.
Bonnet and Driver Seat track has changed and painted the Bonnet and some small scratches like a factory finish.
But the Bonnet has a small Bulge again which is not visible easily. But i found it and spoke to Sidha, CSM, TATA and informed Ramalingam,Works Manager,VST.
They promised me to fix it by 2nd service.
Rest everything is fine and they did a full body checkup for rusting.
Good Going .......

how is the paint job in the bonnet?they did a repaint of my bumper and roof twice.wat should i say?the worst ever paint job ever i ve had in any of my cars till date.So now i went to Concorde,i am the most happiest person in the world, now.its looking like a FIAT factory painted bumper and roof now.BTW i went to Concorde today for some rattles and squeaks. They did a great job.Bill charged Rs.0/-VST people replaced my clutch cylinder.that portion was fine.My first service was done by Concorde last week. They dint charge even for the wheel alignment.Happy.But am not sure about the attitude of both VST and Concorde when it comes to parts availability. But i can assure that Concorde had most of the things for the Punto. If its body work,Concorde is the place to be.But other stuff its you to decide.

Hi Vignesh,
I don't find any issues with VST till now.
Paint job is very good and they have some parts in hands and it's too not in their hands, as FIAT has to send the ordered consignment on time.
Happy with VST Service and people there

Congrats and Welcome to Linea Club
seems new batch cars come with new clutch Slave Cylinder.so no need to worry in this part.
Possible, try to check with T-Bhp Checklist and take delivery in the sunlight and look for any scratches and uneven paint finish.
Check these lists too
1.Fuse Box Cover under the steering.
2.Any Bulges and Dents in Bonnet.Bonnet Release from inside.
3.Glove Box alignment.
4.All doors open from inside and outside.
5.Silver beedings in all places.
6.Driver Side height adjuster.

As of now i thought of telling these lists only.
if anything missed,i'll update here.

NOTE:
Don't go with suspicious mind while delivering the car.It spoils the enjoyment.
Surely everything will be good and up to mark.
Enjoy and Drive Safe
