Would request you to be more careful while you choose your words.

Mods, if you feel this is not correct and will set as a bad role model (while the actual intention is definitely not) pls remove the video and change the title back to "Linea MJD Dynamic".

Thanks!

What is the device used to measure this speed?

Note from the Team-BHP Support Team: Please refrain from posting pics or text on speeds which are over the legal limit on our highways and roads.

Those words were not directed towards you. The 'nut case' would be one who would try to do the same or probably try to achieve an even higher top speed on roads that are just not meant for the purpose. And 'nut case' he would rightly be.

Sathya

My sincere request.

Pls do not try it again especially while the family on board...and even while you're alone. As you yourself said Indian Roads are not meant for such speeds, then why to do it, pal? Inspite of the reasoning you gave Linea's superb Ride & Handling & stability, pls do not do it. Such things are those where one never wants to take even 0.000001% chance.
Will you agree to this, friend? You've already tested it & established it, what more to achieve now?

Fiat at that speed ==> normal
Non Fiat at that speed ==> 'nut'

Reason: Fiat is better planted at those speeds.

Have requested the Mods to remove the video and change the title. Peace!

Default Lets end this moral policing

Ok guys, enough said and done. Sathya has got our views and there is no need for us or each member one by one to come and give repeat posts.
I am sure he has taken our point and will be more careful and responsible in future,

now put an END to this discussion.

May i know what fun you get by passing such sarcastic 1 liners always against other manufactuers barring honda
You think no other fiat car can surpass the top speed achieved.

So, for your that "nut case" maybe a Honda owner. Which car will he achieve that in? Jazz or City?

Why such 1 liners which provoke brand wars? You get fun by passing time over it?

Well done Satya. Loved the video. I am amazed that the puny 1.3 liter motor could do this to a car weighing 1.3 tons.

I wouldn't mind doing similar speeds irrespective of who is on board albeit with a little caution. Nice video.

Moralfibre.. Thanks.. However have removed the video from YOU-TUBE itself.

Hope the title gets changed soon!

Guys, correct me if I am wrong, but, underpowered means: Sluggish pick up, attaining the right speed/push at signals to speed off. Right ? I mean if it is calibrated at the speedo, then, it will do those speeds. Or am I missing something here?
To be more clear, an Indica for e.g. has a sluggish pick up as compared to an old zen even though the Xeta has a 1.2 L engine, but can achieve good speeds if driven that way.

Good One
But as you know.so many people were cribbing that Linea is underpowered and unable to reach such good speed.
I refered those people as Aliens.

Don't take it personally if you too be in the bandwagon
