Buyback of OEM tyres - 2000 Each tyre incl OEM RIM( 5 tyres)
Michelin Energy+ 185/60/R14 - 4400 each tyre(5 tyres)
Evo Alloys - 3500 each (5 alloys)
+ Nitrogen, Alloy bolts, balancing etc -Free

Total of 29500/- (including OEM buyback)

I checked the same in some other shop for Yoko tyres and alloys and they mentioned 26800 incl buy back then i decided it is better to go for Michelin tyres by adding additional 3K.

Not sure if the cost mentioned above is extremely high for alloys and tyres and could have bought it for much less price?

well Tejas paid the following:

Yokohama A Drives: 3000 each
Set of 4 alloys - Koenig: 17,500 for set
Money back for old tyres & rims: 1800 each
Total comes to 22300 for a set of 4.

I guess 29500 is fine in your case.

congrats on your new car man.even i own an i10 at white colour two weeks old.

im confused if to buy 175/65/14 or 185/60/14. i saw an i10 with 185 goodyear eagle wheels at the service station and the wheels were projecting outside the car so really confused now.

does your xm+1 stick out too?

thank u

u should select wheels with the correct ET (positive inset) so that tires don't stick out.

i don't find any difference in my car.
refer the photos of my car, i find the road holding is better than stock tyres and the road noise is still there but manageable.

Lovely looking car Muke, congrats on your purchase. ~1000 Kms is a lot of drive for this short time. Your car looks damn cool with all the graphics, roof rail and alloys. Nice choice.

Yesterday my Eye 10 completed its first service with 1250 on ODO(First service is between 1200-1500) exactly after 15 days of new car delivery.

I insisted on oil change although the service advisor at Advaith advised not to go for oil change and do the oil change during second service which is at 9000 kms but i forced them to do the oil change with additional cost for oil.
I also fitted oem fog lamps(remember i have Sports AT).
it is time for keeping watch on Fuel economy(tank full to tank full), i am using Shell petrol will post the fuel economy next week.

There is no difference felt after the first service, i am not sure what all they do at first service( not sure if it is simply washing the car..?? )

Did you change the Oil Filter? If yes, what was the total cost of Oil Change as well as replacing filter?

Thanks,
Anil
