Talking Bought Black Punto MJD E+

well i'm posting after a long time now had been really busy with stuff recently, but its a due update finaaly bought my first independent car.
Hiphop Black Punto MJD E+, have clacked 1000Km already and so far its been great. no problems at all.

Will update with pics later

By the way guys I really need some help from the experts here. I was planning to go For K&N stock replacement filter but have been adviced not to,reason being told it can damage the engine in long run, so my first query is it safe to go with aftermarket replacement filters

Secondly I've been searching for angel eyes or bi-xenons for punto but had no luck finding them, can anybody help me out.

thanks in advance

@Arjit,

Congratulations on your new Car. Do post some pics.
Please wait till the car has clocked 10K kms before trying any mods for the durability and life of the engine.

The main problem of changing standard fitment during the warranty period is that your warranty goes null. The company can refuse any warranty claims. So it is just worth the wait before you change to the K&N

arjit, congrats on the new Punto. I bet she is a beauty in black. Let us know if Fiat has improved the interior fit and finish.

Congrats and I don't think replacing the stock filter will truly make such a significant difference to power delivery. Regular replacement of your stock filter till about 10k kms should do and then maybe look at the K&N stock replacement. Even then what matters is cleaning the K&N filter periodically

Pete'ing it after some time would make more sense. So, any updates on the initial ownership experience ?

Congrats for becoming the owner of a Punto. Do post a buying and intial ownership experience along with pics.

As is already iterated by members here - better wait for sometime before carrying out such mods on the car.

Wishing you many miles of happy ownership.
