Guys

Service cost of Hyundai has surely gone through the roof.
But, as a customer, please check what you are being charged for.

I see lot of people being charged for unnecessary items.

3,700 Rs [Mobil Delvac fully synthetic oil 5 Litres, I bought this from outside]
340 Rs [Engine Oil additive from 3M, certified by Hyundai]
Air filter and oil filter both cost approx 350rs each and the diesel filter is Rs 950 as per your recent bill. Why did they charge you Rs 3694 ???

Rs 340 engine oil additive is all CRAP ! Just trying to sell useless stuff.
And, you surely don't need one with synthetic oil.

Please let me know, if you are able to read it, else I will try to upload a bigger copy, unfortunately the forumn rules do not allow me to post bigger images.

What is a Bardhal tune synergy worth Rs 1331 ?
Why did you change the transmission oil at 30k kms ? It comes with synthetic oil from company which is good for 80k kms.

And, with synthetic engine oil you can extend your change interval.

Just trying to show you ways of saving some money with a H

Cheers

30k is for the petrol, which comes with mineral oil.
All Hyundai CRDis and automatics come with synthetic gear oil.

I just rechecked the manual, you are right, it does not need replacement, I have been cheated and it was partially my mistake not having referred the manual, before giving it for service.

I am not keeping quiet this time, I am raising this issue with the service manager.

I am feeling so bad today, frustrated at loosing so much money. I have lost complete faith in this dealer, how can they keep fooling customers like this.
