i did not took the pics of the dent as i was very upset, and the next very day i went to the ford workshop and got it rectified, it was a small bump so it was done in a 2 hrs, and i got the VIP treatment , because the ford workshop manager is perosnally known to me, it did not cost me anything

IMHO, it doesnt feel nice to drive a car with a dent, and even the dent was not such a big, so it got sorted quickly, in fact the workshop manager told me that the bumper of fiesta is quite good, even i have tested the same, whenever my wagon R bumps into the fiesta back bumper by mistake , it gets back to its shape again, its quite a nice setup

2nd Service? Hey is my Fiesta Aging faster than yours

I did my 20K service and had a bill of ~ 4 K.

And you also own a thunderbird
I am dying to have one but am not buying one as I cant afford a luxury item which i will use once or twice a month at the max.

Yes a paid service @ 20K kms. Ruchir/Nairsaab how come you did not get wheel balancing/alignment done at 2nd service?

One wheel alignment was done when I changed to alloys. That may the reason they didn't recommend for another wheel alignment during 2nd service!!?

They did not even mentioned about the wheel alignment in the second service, even the service was done after a long long wait (they are upgrading the service station after the arrival of figo due to large volumes) so, i never thought of it, now i am planning to get it done in 3rd service or may be next week i can when going for fitment of Spoiler.

3rd service might be too far away. Suggest get it done when you get the spoilers fitted.
It shells off some money but then its good for the longer life of the tyres.
