@Laluks,
Have been enjoying every color of rajasthan through your lovely TL.
Thank you for sharing. rated 5*
Reminds me that a couple of years back we planned to go to Rajasthan so we flew down to Delhi and waited for our taxi to arrive. Soon we all tucked in comfortably in an Innova. Then my son was only 5 months old. On the outskirts of delhi we stopped to fill in feul and thats when everyone changed thier mind and decided that like always we need to hit the himalayas and thats where we turned around and went to Shimla and Manali. Rajasthan has been in waiting since then.
Regards.

Jr. PPG unlike most other kids, is very calm when it comes to pets. She kind of loves them all and respects them and give them their space, a quality which I adore in her. My mom and sis used to say, her this quality is from me - who had 13 cats as pet at her age. They all used to sleep together on my bed, leaving me in taking a lot of cat fur and allergy that I even carry today.

If I am not mistaken,that is a "Neelgain". I have not seen one ever since we shifted base from Rajasthan decades ago. This is indeed a rare sighting, thanks for sharing Laluks. Oh and how about a snap of you with your thirteen musketeers!

I was not sure that this was a Neelgai, thanks for clarifying that.

Those days there were no cameras in the family to click all those beautiful moments. Photographs were a luxury then. I would have definitely been overjoyed had I got a picture of them today.

The story goes like this, I one day on return from school saw a white kitten crying on the street. It was so tiny that her eyes were not even open. I took her and hid her in my tie to enter the house. My mom caught me and gave me a lot of advice about health issues and risks of taking her with me. I asked her only one question - If I study well and don't bother you with all those tension will you let me keep her? I was probably 10 years then. She saw my determination and just let me have her, but she took care to clean her up for me

From that day on till next two years an amazing friendship began with the kitty. She gave birth to another 12 in the next years. But one by one all of them left on to find their life as they grew up. She was heart broken and one day without telling me she left on a journey from which she never returned.

I understood the meaning of voidness in my life for the first time then. It was painful.
