Default Re: Pune - Bangalore on a Yezdi : The Long Way Down

Rahul aka voodoochild, do you believe in voodooism? Are you for real? Just kidding Man, what an awesome travelogue! Trust me I got goose bumps while reading this. Yezdi is one my favorite bikes since childhood, however not fortunate enough to own one. The sound of the twin muffler is unforgettable. You reminded me of the story my Dad narrated, in the year 1977 he and 4 of his friends rode down from a place called Asansol in West Bengal to Darjeeling. A trip of his life time, all were brand new Yezdi's. Excellent write up, I finished it at one go. A sense of satisfaction that there are loaners to take such daring feat. Congratulations! and the way you started your TL I took your Layla for real . You may find my TL (My journey from Bangalore to Kolkata in a Tata Nano, that too Alone) interesting if you haven't read it yet.
