Default My Longest Drive: Blr - Kolkata - Blr

Hi All,
I have just returned from my native Kolkata last night after celebrating durga puja with family. This time we decided to take our Alto with us. I am preparing a travelogue and will try to post asap. It was pretty exciting journey and we enjoyed every bit as i was the only driver and my wife the only companion.

Wow Abhi, this has to be one of the longest road trips that I've heard of in recent times! Looking forward to reading about it soon.

In case you own a petrol bunk, I'm open to offers of free petrol

Awesome spirit, BTW, driving that far for the sake of driving. Great job!

Is there any way to hide this thread from being viewed by my wife? Sometime she comes up with requests like this (Delhi-Kolkata / Delhi-Bangalore) road trips. Though I love to drive, but I do resist the ideas of such l--o--n--g ones. It will be impossible to convince her to drop those ideas after she finds this.

MODs, any help?
