Bangalore To Hyderabad In Baleno

Trip to Hyderabad from Bangalore in my Baleno


Saturday morning , me n my friends Gurneet and Amresh were ready to leave , As planned we were in our car at 5 in the morning. it was cold
and cloudy,we were excited fr the drive,And it started raining and heavily,it was really tough to drive now hardly any visibility, i just
started following the tail light of a indica in front,

After almost an hour of our drive we stopped fr the tea break , now there was enough light.

From here on the drive was beautiful, as it was raining lightly so we opened the windows , early morning on the highway and such a beautiful
weather .. it was the best morning so far.

The highway was good when we start but then once we cross the that nandihill turn then the roads r not good there r many potholes ,no dividers
and the worse thing ..the road widening work is in progress . this work continues throughout the highway till hYderabad, other than that the
road is very scenic ..As it was raining everything around us was green and beautyfull,We did several stops i between on the highway

We Crossed Anantpur which is around 200kms from bangalore here we filled the tank again and calculated the mileage we got around 14kmpl.
For break fast we stopped at Relaince A1 Plaza which is in gooty around 40 kms from Anatapur, this is a good place to have breakfast and
they have facilities like bathrooms Hot shower etc. and toilet. We took a break of around 1 hour here ,Till now it was raining.

After this break we started again n our next destination was Kurnool, now we were a little lazy as the the sun was on our head and
it was getting hot, The road from gooty till hyderabad was very boring .. it was all baren land ... it was very boring and we were
tired of this, we crossed kurnool and by evening we reached Hyderabad and got stuc in Traffic and at 6:30 we were all resting at my brothers house.

Bangalore>Hebbalflyover>NH7>Chickbalapur>Anantapur > Gooty>Kurnool> Hyderabad
Distance :600kms total from CVraman Nagar to Gachibauli

I have no idea bout the color as i went fr the black one which was out of stock so finally i got this color, and iam very happy with the colour.
Four laning work is going on throughout the highway except few stretches, i think it will take another 8 months fr them to complete it or may be an year ..

I did the route the very same day and stopped at the very same reliance A1 plaza for lunch. I left around 4:30 and well the visibility was absolutely aweful initially. Was tailing a jeep in front of me at 40km/hr for nearly 30 minutes.

Once the rains stopped, it was a nice drive though the road is severely potholed. My final destination was gachibowli too. Reached there by around 2pm in the afternoon.

Hey dude , so how r u and how was ur journey .. Reached by 2pm thats too early how fast were u driving?

I actually drove pretty slowly on the way to hyderabad. Was mostly around 80-90 with a few bursts of 100-110. On the way back, I reached bangalore in 8hrs 30mins with a 45 min break . That time I was doing 120-130 consistently most of the way with a few bursts of 150+.

One question folks... I ve seen only 2 reliance A1 plazas on Nh-9 (pune-hyd) and one on Nh-17 (mumbai-goa). These places are awsome, and churn out good food, but are they making a loss or something? For one I see very low number of patrons, and not many such A1 plazas on our highways.
