Great thread, I wonder what percentage of the total photographs makes it to a YetiBlog®.

Oh Bravo!!! Bravo!!!

What many may not know is that is is common is her family to write little dittys and poems to each other, especially in greetings and congratulations. Well done Jenny, this is wonderful!!
I know a certain someone who assumed I wrote it for you!! I'd like to say, that I'm terrible at poems and rhymes and I could never write something as nice as that.

About 10% as she rightly said. This is owing to:

1) TheOne® takes pictures of stupid goats, buffaloes, cows, Kelawallas, Ganna juice wallas etc. all the time. I avoid publishing these.

2) I take some nice pictures but - You CANNOT show this to anyone. I look terrible in this. Oh my God look at my face. Oh no I look awful in this one, DELETE it, oh look at my eyes, please don't ever post this one etc etc etc.
Like I said, Indian or German, women are women... sigh...

3) While we enjoy taking photos and have many, it would be overkill and would destroy the story.

4) Some are genuinely unpublishable

No crows? She didn't photograph any of our wonderful Indian crows? That's terrible!

Oh well, I guess it just means she'll have to come back .

(Or I could e-mail you a couple of hundred Chennai Crow pictures...)

What are you saying? No non-feathered birds in the whole of UK?
