The problem with eating the scorpion is that you eat it whole (simply snipping off the sting, a few mms from the tail)

Because you eat the pincers, the legs and the shell cover as a whole, it is fried to a crisp. In fact a bit overfried.
End result, it tastes like, umm burnt peanuts or something.

I guess its all in our heads that's all. What may seem gross to some may seem delectable to others.

If I ever have the opportunity to try a scorpion, I certainly would .

Been there. Done that.

Jellyfish, worms, large bugs, small bugs, raw horsemeat, snake alive, pigs ears, sheep's embryo (no, not joking) and many more unmentionables.

I will eat anything in any country. No problem, lol.

Do you eat rats. A lot of people on the "protect your cars from rats thread" are having rat trouble. Many of them cannot keep a cat. Can you please oblige

Sam, would you try a beating cobra heart? lol I think that's a Cambodian specialty. I think I can eat anything except a beating cobra heart. Apparently it beats for a while in your tummy as well.

LMAO - no sorry. No sewer rats. I will eat field mice though, they are also commonly eaten in the north-east of India.

True, its all in the mind. Couple of years ago, i could never imagine someone could eat a squid, but I tried it out of sheer curiosity at my inlaws place in mangalore , and believe me its one of the most delicious stuff that once could have tasted. I seriously recommend squid fry

Squid (Calamari) is very far from exotic - it is staple seafood in almost all of coastal Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala, Karnataka and more!
