# 54 on that list!!
That is for yellow board aka "Transport" vehicles only. Rule 46 (state rule) deals with "conduct of drivers of Transport vehicles".

@zak - sure it were the cops? AFAIK, only the Motor Vehicles Department has the speed guns - they have white coloured qualis' / Tata Indigos, with chocolate color "speed <something>" on the doors.

Maybe this helps to identofy the culprit. The challan image says: "Sub Inspector of Police, Highway Police, KL-14, Palakkad, etc."

I saw that - I meant I have sat in all kinds of 'transport vehicles' as they fill gas

Auto, taxicab, bus - mostly the Private ones in Cok and of course, no overnight Volvo journey is devoid of this! - even TRAIN for that matter! ( Wonder if that qualifies as a 'transport Vehicle' though!) - And PLANES!!

Thanks buddy, somehow I am missing the link to familiarity ! Checking my profile pic, you may not recognize me, because I keep changing my appearance every 6 months ! Let me give you some keywords, just trying to find a link between us: Birdie Daniells, Saji Dominic, Shoby Accudata, Styler Media (all from cochin), Labour India, Dreamland calicut, Christ college bangalore all on a serious note. And Kallai Palam, Venduruthy palam, Kaloor stand, Marine drive area behind Taj, Bolgatti etc on a lighter notecheers:

Sorry Zak, I am not hijacking this thread, just curious to know the lungi man's connections that might open up lots of my lost past ! If nothing matches, sorry for the trouble too. Please dont run after me to punch !!

The operation was planned with the help of a bhp-ian who tipped the off the cops!!
