| BHPian | The day had come.... my sudden transfer to Bangalore from Hyderabad. First I was worried about the RTO guys who have been glamourised by many a BHpian for harrassment. Then I thought of the enjoyment of the drive on HYD-BLR. I even suggested a thread . HYD-BLR Midway meet. Anyways, here are pics. BTW those of u who did not realise, I will be staying next door to our Distinguished Bhpian - AKROY. ... without him, I would have faced a hard time settling down. Over to you guys. |

| Senior - BHPian | Nice pics, bt! I was surprised on two counts however:- 1. The fact that you also sent goods by truck. It looks like you were hauling all your goods in the Innova. 2. The point that you took a nap--very rare to hear that from you ![]() |

they do look lousy but not actually. as the bed covers are old and faded. Yes I had to catch a 20 min nap (3 times) as whole day I was like running around. My car did not though. | |

| Frankly speaking, I was shocked to see the amount of luggage taken in by the car. Innova comes laden with great versatility. I wonder how the handling would be affected by this load. Nice pictures specially the diversion pictures. And you are now new neighbour of Akroy, right. |

| I was expecting this thread. Akroy has mentioned your shifting to his apartment in his Pondechery thread. Can we expect some spicy travelogue from two neighbours with Tirthankar's pics and Akroy's writeup. |

| Jesus, is that a real atte ka roti (non maida roti) down south ? Tirthankar 1) Congratulations on the new job, (LinkedIn: Relationships Matter) 2) Great move however the downside is more expensive living in BLR. 3) Mid priced food in BLR is horrid. (excuse me guys, I have north Indian palate, cannot digest soda in tandoori rotis and nans.) Will catch up with you soon. Cheers M M |

| BHPian | Hey Basu, There you go again eh!!! Eternally on the road. Well, let me wish you a bright future for your new endeavor combined with wishes for millions of miles of happy motoring. Take care and do be in touch. It really was a pleasure to meet up with you, even though it was in the fag end of your stay in Hyderabad, better late than never as they say.
