@phamilyman: I feel people leaving in and around Delhi can answer better to your queries. +1 to whatever Iraghava and Benny said here.

ok, Anup ji, you are also officially excluded. No you won't take a shot. Let others guess no!

@Ben - Nope man. Its just the uneven road surface and everything plastic in the car making noises.

@Zaks - but where?

I would consider this fair if I had been to the place.
I haven't been there! But that exactly is why I know what that place is! Because I have to get there.

Its not worth it even if one was being paid to go there. The only reason for the visit was that it was supposed to be frozen 3 days prior. Its a pathetic useless place otherwise. HP has so many more lakes!

PS: You already know everything there is to know and then some more

kaake, guess the second place. oh yes, I did try walking on the ice. it didn't break.

But neither did I *really* try to break it, besides throwing lotsa stones. Which proved that ice is strong!

Serolsar is kicka$s, its the second place (guess karo) which was a complete waste

PS: Was planning on pinging you while in Chd at 1030 last night. But the fog, was so painful that couldn't spend some more time.

A log will anyways not come except arbit anecdotes given my laziness

Parashar has a proper road all the way till the top - one lane from Bajaura/Mandi, and smaller from Khataula to Baggi, and pure stone track onward up the hill.

Pics will come in due course
