Thanks bro!

I think that the location of "Blue skies over the cold desert" image is 99% like that of "Baralacha La from a distance".

Ummm... how can I see more images of yours?

Elessar, excellent job on the travelogue and the trip. I had somehow missed this thread all of last year.

Thanks for the compliments mate! And you've also made me feel nostalgic. Went through the whole thread myself to relive the trip.

And as they say, old is gold!

O LoG,

Read the whole travelogue in one go! Brilliant stuff, the pics are exquisite and the write up totally complements the snaps.
I am there next year for sure! Now only if the guys in Kashmir decide to stop their nonsense and the Big Guy up in the sky decides to forgive us for all the mistakes we human beings have committed! And blesses us with good weather!

Default Re: Been Leh'd & back: The dream come true!

Am planning a trip in June next year. Either join a fellow TBHPian in his 4x4 Bolero (his second trip to Ladakh - Leh) or tag along behind him in my esteem. The only worry is my esteem is already 77k driven. Will it be able to take the stress from Kolkata and back ?
