@400Kph.. I have travelled the above mentioned route more than 25 times now. By the way Denkanikottai is my Grani's village and I was born there at home . No Hospitals in Denkanikottai during that time (1981)
The road after Anchetty was very well maintained and the stretch may be bad now because of rains. I have not been to Hogenakkal past 1 year :(
I see the water is in quite force now and it should be because of Rain. I am always scared to the coracle ride, but couldnt avoid everytime I go there.
By the way, the coracle riders are 24 hours charged (I mean drunk). Only then they are able to row it so hard.
