| Hi Friends, Let me Start of in Narrating my travelogue to my home town Vijayawada. Basically its my Father in Law Place and it was for Sankranthi Festival. Total Kilometers(1800) (800 + 800 + 200 kms local) Vehicle : Swift Participants: Me, Wife , My maid and Lucky(My Pet Lab). this trip was planned 3 weeks prior and we were all set to start on 8th Jan early Morning. Unfortunately our plan post-ponned just because of an protest in Andhra that death of YSR(CM) was blammed on Reliance. ![]() so we postponned our plan to Saturday Morning since there was Bandh in several places. But got a call from F.I.L. on Friday who mentioned that the protest was false. and then we thought that we are all set to start. we left our house at 9:30 A.M in the morning and crossed K.R. Puram at 11:00 more over i stay in ORR(Marthahalli).then our next stop was for Break fast near Plamaner, later reached Tirupathi by 1:00 P.M and halted for Lunch. started from Tirupathi at 2:30 and reached Vijayawada by 8:30 P.M. there were minor halts for refreshing. but before reaching vijayawada the Trucks/Long vehicles which carry Cars and some other Tankers were driving them as Flights and i had a tough time in overtaking them since they will come on us all of a sudden. and fortunately i missed 2 of them but i have stopped the fellow drivers and kicked them and was ready to face any Consequence, since that was my place(My F.I.L brother is a MLA in Krishna Dist). friends i am finding no time to post the pictures which i will do by earliest. the trip was for 1 week and it was awsome. |

| Place of Visit (Gilkaldindi)-- other words can be called as personnel beach. we can go with our family to the island and its some kind of personnel beach and the only way is to go in a Boat(we need to hire and they will be with us till evening) when we can come back when the back water flow starts. some pictures at that place. you can see the waves in the pictures which made the sand to look like. these island will be available with Red Crabs, which are harmless and even you can chase them and catch couple of them. there were some Dead Mammals(Tortoise) which were moved aside. and even we can see the back bone of a shark(difficult to picture since its strucked in stones) the last picture is when i went to near by Beach where we can take our cars for a ride. | That guy in red looks menacing. Is it dangerous than the ordinary crab, or does it only look dangerous? |
