I did my first snorkeling in Pangkor Islands in Malaysia. Its a nice feeling to be one among those fish and turtles.

lovely, Every year we have only been going to US beaches because of visa issues but I would love to go to this place someday.

There is something called snuba nowadays. where you go to scuba depths but with no scuba gear, just a snorkel.

www.airindiaholidays.in . Trip cost for a couple would be 70k-85k all inclusive for 2Nights-3Day vacation. I booked my trip with Thomas cook.

@RAJ: Good pictures and amazing place. I have been thinking of making a visit to the Andamans and Lakshwadweep. Any idea how different would it be cost wise between these two places?

@milecruncher airfare for maldives and andaman is comparable, but cottages are expensive in maldives.we paid 70k for our maldives trip including airfare+food+accomodation for 2d3n.for the same price we can easily spend 5days in andaman. but if u want to compare any indian beach with maldives it has to be lakshadweep.maldives and lakshadweep are much better than andaman. but iam not sure about costing for lakshadweep.
