You made the narrator look like a pirate (with that slight touch up).
First it was Thirtankar who made us go back to childhood. Now it's you.
Hope someone writes the travelogue in the perspective of a 70 or a 75 year old.

Thank you Raja Babu sir.
My papa and mama were very happy when I showed them my report card.
My papa told me that he now understands why I spend so much time on the computer looking busy busy.
I told him I have many teachers on the internet.
He says now he will not stop me from doing my homework on the computer since I have nice teachers like you!

For all members who gave their comments: Thanks. It was good fun writing the travelog (I was grinning at several points as I wrote it and at several points I really really wanted to go back again). Hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Awesome read Genesis. Loved your pics and of course your inimitable style of narration. Will keep a lookout for the fishes, birdie and other inhabitants of the Island. Great thread.

Awesome narration and wonderful story telling Genesis. Kudos!!

Well, what was the itenary like and was the bookings directly done with Taj?
I am planning for my first year anniversary and this place looks to be the one. Can you please provide me with more details on the planning and the people to reach out to?. An approx cost would also help me .

Do we get veg food there since am a total veggie . This is one reason why most of my trips are based on the availability of food.
Thanks

Three nights four days. Booked directly with Taj with around 10/15 % discount and free boat transfers. (The island is an hour plus from male and boat transfers are expensive). All this was done last minute so not particularly economical.
Great Indian food available and plenty of veg options on the resort (they fly in everything anyway) but stay and food and drink are expensive. I think a package deal with food included will be cheaper but they do that only in peak season when they can serve a buffet.
