Close enounters with the biggies. btw thats is a Siberian tiger.
You had it all....criket, wildlife and cars.

@Arin: Good pictures mate. While there please make sure to visit Kruger and also try out the South African Railways. Quite similar to IR in terms of pricing but a totally different ball game.

BTW which city are you based out of? Would love to see the Sun Rise / set pictures from Cape of Good Hope

Great pics of the wildlife! Not sure when were you there, but did you catch some glimpses of FIFA WC too?

I am quite surprised to know that they permit to mingle with the cubs. Are they 'domesticated' or something like that for that special purpose?

Default Durban !!!

It happens to me that, this trip was planned just few hours ago before we departure.
Existing thing was :-
No back up driver.
1300 KM in 2 days.
~600 Km in 6:30 hrs with 40 min total break (2).
Lost most of the pics while transferring into the laptop :(
Max speed was 140 with VW POLO 1.6.

I am having 3 months assignment for South Africa(Johannesburg). I was kind of confused after hearing about the security issues. But after seeing the pics... i know what i have to do . Feels great to see such pics.. cant imagine how it would to experience in real.

Hey Arun, I am sure that you will love the place. Make sure you have your own transport (Car). You have many places to go around in and around J'Burg. Lanes (N1/M3) are bit confused but you will be adjusted soon.

Hey Sowmya, Thanks for suggestion. Company is providing car and accommodation so i think that should not be problem. Is the scenario that worse. Is mugging, burglary that common. Should i be concerned about anything??
