Dr. A Ghosh
I am so heart broken at the moment that wednesday evenings will be closed. Is there anything else that we can do like taking a hike around the buffer zone or revenue lands? Do let us in on the filler plan that you have planned. Maybe useful when we come to Pench

Great photos guys.

After B2 sighting everybody was happy and relaxed. We moved to our return route i.e., 'D' route. Vikas is very quite always. Suddenly he said Sir Tiger. Not a single gypsy was there. We were the first one to be there. All the Mirchiani cubs (sub adult). The place was very densed and low light because of sal trees. It was amazing watching them. After twenty minutes second gypsy arrived.

Here are the photos.

Hey those are beautiful shots of the big cat. Shot the way they should be and not with a gun!

Do you have, by any chance, the GPS tracks from inside the park?

Wow what splendid shots !!

I hadn't read this thread and when I saw the pictures I felt this was a male tiger only to have that confirmed by a previous post ! So good, am beginning to recognise the gender in tigers correctly

Thnaks! Hahahaha. Yeah, i have my best GPS like Mukesh Burman (Guide) and Vikas (Driver). The deadly combo. There may be tiger sighting but parking the gypsy at the right place is most important for photography, which these two guys know. Afterall, keep your eues and ears open all the time, which works as a GPS.

Five drives and 7 tigers...wow!

I'm still on the fence to drive up to B'garh next month. How much do they charge for the Jeep ride and do you need to get the booking done prior or the Jeep guys can help you with it. I checked the online system and the Tala zone bookings are already full.

Subrat,
Very nice animal in habitat shots.

The tiger in the patched sunlight under the saal trees has come out beautifully. What a pain that vine must have been, obstructing you from getting a clear shot, especially when the tiger was looking at you.
Regards,

Tala Zone is always in demand. You need to book in advance for the jungle entry. Gypsy charges Maimum upto Rs.1500 (no body can charge beyond that). Talk to Mukesh Burman (guide), he may help you. Cell: 09425344631. Give my reference.

Thank you so much Sir. I Know Sir, i tried all possible angle, lied down in the gypsy but could not get a clean shot. Half an hour struggle but nothing. That is called photographing in the wild. No control over anything. Thats the fun of it.

Great shots, Subrat. My bro who is a wild life photgrapher says that Bhandhavgarh is the best place for Tiger sighting. Pench may be a rival to this after seeing Ghosh dada's brillinat pics.
