I second Nitrous. Go and get a new set.

These tyres are made in Malaysia, keeping in mind road conditions there. The case I mentioned was of a genuine Yokohama made as per road conditions in a different country but being used in India.

Moreover, which brand were your stock tyres?

Dr chill, awesome alloys! I love them. I was going crazy looking for this design for my swift. Finally settled for it in hyper silver. I'm quite happy but the white alloys just blow my mind. Well done!

Typical Universal Tyre House case. Buddy, go and get them changed.

That guy is the importer of Silverstone, so anyhow he has a good margin in those tyres. Buddy, its not matter of money, but your life. Those tyres are not meant for Indian conditions and a case has been pointed regarding Manan's experience.

i am sorry if i am sounding rude sir but i think it will bevery right to inform you before its late, silverstone are the worst tyres money can buy,if i correctly remember manan had a nasty accident just because these tyres failed above 100km/hr.
its better to be safe than be sorry later,u can compromise on the alloys but never on the rubber.
the alloys look good and gel well with the car, infact i have started believing that anhc looks best in white with white alloys, theres a similar design in lenso available.
drive safe.
Sorry to skip this post, But yes mustang99 aka Abhinav is right. I had these SILVERSTONE tires fitted on my Swift and these are the Worst tires ever, They have no Grip at all, Try taking a corner at speeds above 60 Km/Hr and you will get your answer. I had a very very nasty accident, because these tires failed to grip in the time i need them most to. Infact I had two three very very close escapes on it, but I could not avoid the last one. Braked at 110 suddenly, these just lock up and I go straight into another Car, result Front completely smashed, damage till the front windscreen.

Buddy, get it changed ASAP, you will thank this decision when the time comes .

EDIT: 4600 Per Tire At this price you can get any of the good options like Yokohama A Drive, Michelin XM1+ etc. S Drive is not available in 195/60/15, its available in 195/55R15

Not sure since when buddy and whether yokohama has that size, but thats the price I got, and for 195/50/R15 I was quoted 4200 per tyre. Will be picking 195/50/R15 soon.

White rims on white car seems to have caught the minds of many TBHPians .
