Hi,

12"ers are readily available but in Plati only 2 patterns are available. I bought it from a dealer in Palakkad who BUSlifted it from B'lore in a day!

80 profile tyres were installed because of a long journey (Ottapalam-Agra) undertaken last year. It gives a good ride (Tyre pressure front 29 rear 27). Only drawback is that rear tyre scrapes the mudguard with 4 passengers.

Now i have switched to 155/70R12 Michelin XM1+ which is quite good tyre for 800. Good balance of looks, ride & road grip.

I am looking for alloys for my bold beige ANHC. Tried a few designs on the car yesterday and enclosing the pictures taken on my mobile.
The designs numbers and their prices (for set of 4) are

HRS 346, quoted 17k
HRS 352, quoted 16k
OZ Adrenalina, quoted 29k (Not sure if these are genuine OZ rims since the distributor quotes a higher price but the dealers whom he distributes to quote a lower price)

There are few other designs which I like from MOMO and LENSO which are quoted in the range of 28k and 22k respectively. I enquired abt the availability of MOMO wheels with 3 different dealers (all 3 are fairly reputed) and got a different story from each. One dealer claims MOMO wheels are readily available with his stockist in Ludhiana whilst another claims that importing MOMO wheels have long stopped, only the left over stocks are cleared now. But the third dealer quoted 44k for these MOMO rims claiming his stocks are genuine made in Italy and not the made in China stuff which are doing rounds in the market. He also mentioned that he sources the rims against order only and it would take 30 days to source them. How much do MOMO rims usually cost and the ones available here are manufactured on Italy / China / Taiwan ? Please advice.

donarun I personally would suggest that you check out the Samurai series from Lenso. They have some brilliant designs and prices range between 18-20k depending on the designs(set of four).

Try and stay away from chrome and my personal opinion the models SC-05 and SC-07 will suit you ANHC. Once again its your choice, if it doesn't please your eyes don't get them installed.

If you are on tight budget look at the Acelere wheels from Apollo tires, they seem to have pretty good designs in the 15inch category.
Check this linky : Apollo - India - Products - Alloy Wheels .

Matt Black with electric blue detailing, you can leave the blue if you dont like them being little loud. silver cars carry mattblack very well.

Example

Love the wheels on your car. Straight forward yet classy 5 spoke star . Is EVO out of Taiwan/China or is it European?

Taiwan methinks, it was earlier being sold under the brand name Veloche. That said they have some fab designs.
