The Safari Storme Lxi has these wheels. Check the Storme towards the right @ 1.38

For those who might be thinking how the Beat's steel wheel is attached to the hub, the round center piece (marked in green) is a thin plastic shield that covers the nuts. Just poke a screwdriver into the slot (marked in red) and pry it open to access the nuts.

In my opinion, this is way better than a fuller alloy trim (the wheel cap / wheel cover) which is put on top of a hiding steel rim, in the case of 'structure wheels'. Why because -
1) the trim tends to crack easily when hitting a pothole hard. Normal wheel caps do, and the trim is no different. The trim usually covers the outer circumference of the wheel and that is where the impact takes place.
2) there seems to be much meatier steel in case of the Beat's wheel than in the 'structure wheels'.

Maybe a still better paint finish could have left me wow.
