Default Good deal or Bad deal??

THE GOOD NEWS - Guys i just got 185/65/R14 for my VTEC Type-Z (OHC) many of you must be thinking why 185's ??? let me try and explain.
I had 195/60's but the tyres were getting hard and old ,so thought i'd get myself new ones.
Goodyear 195's were Rs 350 more expensive than the 185's but the thing that made me choose the 185's were that ....AHEM !!! they would replace the tyre if anything was to happen to it in the next three years (sidewall tears, accident tears etc) dunno if it's true but at Rs 2500 a piece, with balancing and alignment, and a complimentary alignment after 2000Km,i think its not bad deal. or is it ?

THE BAD NEWS - they said they knew about buffing the alloy and stuff and would get it done but when I got my car delivered, they said it was not possible and that i had to paint it . Now I am having DOUBTS about the first offer..hahahaha
Any place in Delhi where i can get the buffing done and the pricing if possible .
Thanks Guys
