| Team-BHP Support ![]() | got new michelin XM1 tires in nov'06. very grippy, silent and ride quality is smoother and softer than the stock rubber. Taken sharp curves at 140kph on my way to blore and the car is glued to the road... No slightest hint of understeer or over steer.... even on wet roads the car is well planted but i dont push it to its limits in the wet. My vote goes for the Mich's. ![]() |

| Senior - BHPian | Congrats Buffet that's a very good decision! The silent part & the better ride is not because of comparison but becuase they are actually designed to be silent & comfortable. My XM1's have already done over 45k without any trouble, going to be replaced soon with something better! |

| BHPian | Update on GoodYear 195/65R14 Ventura in my Lancer At 7500 Kms I've had 4 punctures. The ride quality is good ,actually better than MRF.I could not test it in wet weather .The problem I think is the tyre is too soft for Indian conditions.Today I went for wheel alignment at Global tyres,Cochin. They screwed it up and the result was cracks on the inside of right front tyre. Altogether not very good experience with this tyre. |

| Senior - BHPian | Dunlop Sp9000 Good combination of grip and life. Dry Weather grip - Good. Wet Weather - Average. Life - Lasted 40000kms. Keep in mind tyre size was 205/50R15. Wouldn't mind buying the same tyres again. Drifter |

| BHPian | Yesterday I went to Geo Motors, the lancer dealer for checkup.they told that I should change the tyre immediately because of the cut.Global tyres had assured me that it was all o k just because that it was they who mis aligned my tyre.Had to wrestle with them for 5hours before they gave me a new tyre. Also they charged me 1000rs as well.THEY ARE CHEATERS/// |

Infractions: 0/1 (10) | Just picked up yokohama advan neovas all thanks to a deal thru v1p3r .. 195/50/15 .. I know its not the right size but after consulting a few people in the drag and rally scene found out this size was best suited for the baleno .. Apparently the rally driver found these tyres to be so grippy that he decided to change them to AVS sport instead .. Havent yet put them on .. Does anyone else have any reviews of these tyres ?? |

| Senior - BHPian | GC isn't low, it's the bend in the stock exhaust that scrapes. Mcl doesn't have a stock exhaust, so he's cool there. And these tyres are AWESOME. I've driven them before, and I was blown away. They add a new dimension to the handling. And now I see they're OE on the Elise. |
