Default Michelin Pilot Primacy

Anyone had experience fitting these tyres? They seem to be getting some pretty rave reviews about but if anyone could enlighten me on their quality it would be great.

Thing is these are the only ones available at the moment for 195/60/15 upsize for my swift and I am almost decided on them..

Uhhhh.. Pilot Primacy or Pilot Preceda?

I have Pilot Precedas on my Palio (205/50 R15) and I just love them. Great grip, handling, comfort and low noise. Only downside is, they wear-out faster than the "comfort" ranges.

If I had to change my tyres today, I'd buy another set of Pilot Precedas. :-) I like them that much.

EDIT: Just googled them. There is a Pilot Primacy series. It seems they are summer tyres, and don't do well in freezing climate, but do just fine on wet roads.

Quote:
The Michelin Pilot Primacy is a Grand Touring Summer tire that was developed to meet the needs of sporty luxury coupe and sedan drivers who want comfort and tread life along with performance. Used as original equipment, the Pilot Primacy also focuses on enhancing wet weather traction and hydroplaning resistance.Like all summer tires, the Pilot Primacy is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

I guess these should be ok in Bangalore. How much do these cost? My Pilot Precedas ran to about 5250/- per tyre, if I remember right.

Pilot Primacy

Pilot Preceda

Both are good tyres & you can go in for them. And the price you're getting is also pretty good.

Are they available 195/60-15. Michelin australia says not available in 195/60-15 for both.

I personally saw the Primacy in 195/60 R15 at a tyre dealer's shop today. Maybe they're not sold in Australia in that size.

Ishan is right. They do not sell Pilot Primacy 195/60 in Australia. But they are pretty much sold everywhere else like Japan, Thailand, Malaysia etc etc..
