Default is there any way to put bigger wheels on a zen

hi all

i wanted to find out is if it is possible to increase the wheel arches size on of zens so as to incorporate larger diameter wheels on it?

the zen has 14' wheels and i feel its too small...

will it be possible to put swift wheels on it?

if done, wht kind of effect will it have on performance???

thnks

Your Zen already has 14' wheels? Or is that 14"? Anyway, the Swift wheels are also 14".

1. zen had 12" wheels
2. earlier carb zens had 13'' wheels
3. swift comes with 14'' wheels
4. my zen has 14'' wheels

accelaration has gone down a bit with 14''ers but it still beats the daylights of many "hot hatches", i mean the 1.1ltr variety

to preview 14''ers on a zen, go to my garage

very very sleepy like right now, gud nighzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

if you are talking about putting the swift rims on the zen, then its not possible as the swift has 100pcd and zen has 114.3 pcd.
not to forget 14" will foul with the zens wheel arches.and your ride quality will go down drastically.the best upsize for a zen is 155/65r13 on 5j rims.

i agree
but do you think it will be possible to make extensive changes to the chassis and get the arches work on? if so, axles will have to be extended outward. am i right? (please ignore noobness!)

is there ANY way to get 16" wheels in there?

are you joking a 16" tyre on a zen

the biggest rim you can fit in a zen is 14' after getting spacers ( it will raise the car)

in an alto you could get a 15" but is not advisable

Dude elsewhere the swift is sold with bigger rims. It is downsized to aid roadcomfort on our great indian roads.
