Thanks guys,
The reason that I'm buying the fiesta 1.6 is that I love to drive and although comfort is important but the driving pleasure is more important for me. I think I'll go for the PP1's since the PP2's are not available in 195/60 R14.
Will post my thoughts on the tires sometime next week after I get them.
One more thing, the Michelin website states the optimum rim width for this size being 6 inches and the min rim width 5.5 inch. I'm just wondering, does the fiesta come with these rim width as stock or 5 inch ones? Do I have to change the rims too?

I found ride comfort of PP2 far superior to Good Year GPS2 stock ones. Just wondering what would be it like on XM1+....

I finally got the 185/60 R14 PP2 for my Fiesta 1.6 yesterday. The dealer charged me 4k per tire and bought the original MRF tires for 2200 per piece.
Haven't driven much on the new rubber and since the car is being run in, I haven't had the chance to push the tires to the limit. I think now the package is complete, the 1.6 Sxi with PP2s!

Some pretty informative discussions on here.
I am looking at changing the tyres for my Fiesta as well and got a price of 13K for Michelin PP1 195/60/14 from Mehta Tyres. Read about the PP2's being better and I am also concerned about the width of PP1's. Also if some one could tell me if the comfort difference between XM and PP1/2 is a lot; because even though I would prefer to improve the handling, I am not too keen on compromising too much on the ride quality.
Wanted to go for Yokos, but the design which I was looking for is not available.
