Question Swift Vxi : Wider Tires At The Rear

Guys
Just wanted your opinion, if i put a wider tires at the back and a little less wider than the rear at the front. What will be the effect on the driveability and manouverability? Also wanted to know if doing this will affect the wear on either pairs.

Doesn't make sense. Why would you want wider tyres behind on a front wheel drive car?

In hilly areas some people drive their cars with such a combination.
Front tyres (less wide) give easy manouvering whereas rear tyres give stability at sharp turns.

Really not too sure about the ill effects of the combination.

Thats right! @itzzme I use to own a Zen earlier that I drove with this combination at alternate tire change intervals. Its been more than 19 Yrs almost 20 that i've been behind the wheel, i usually drive in the hills, not bragging but i think i'm gooood at it.As of now the stability of the car is no issue, now what i need to know is from our senior BHPians is what kind of tech effect would be on a Swift's suspension if i use this combination. Earlier in Zen i use to have 155/65 R13 (Front) 165/65 R13(Rear)(i correctly dont' remember the profile exactly). Has anyone tried it yet?
