Hello Lowbassmaker,
Had you tried chopping off the hexagonal head of the wheel nut used in a Jeep or Sumo and use it as a wobble washer? Will that be a simpler job.
Have you installed the 114.3 PCD rims in your car. Please post pictures.

Hi low_bass_makker,
Here is the picture of a M800 wheel nut that has been machined to function as a wobble washer.
Also I had to fabricate a spacer plate to account for a difference in the recommended offset. The rest is all understood from the attached pictures. Also I did have to fabricate a bush to adjust for the hub dia at the centre of the rim. Yet to paint the wheel, actually the whole car

Hey Vikram,

Looking for similar conversion from 114.3 PCD to a 100 PCD. I had tried them with aluminium blocks in the past(2008) and was not satisfied with the handling and back then both rjstyles69 and theMAG recommended on reaching you out. I am currently looking for 114.3 pcd alloy options but found none to my liking until recently chanced upon a 100 pcd 4 hole 13" alloy.

Kindly in help/guide in getting them made.

Cheers.

Hi, I am looking out for 13" 98 PCD alloys, and its been really hard to find one. Should I go for adaptor plate and fit in 100 PCD - 13" alloys? How good will it be is use for my 2002 palio considering the fact that its no power steering.
I would appriciate your feedback.

I have used an adaptor & wobble washer setup in my 118NE to adapt a 100 PCD alloy. I haven't faced any issues so far. I have driven the car for about 5K kms.
Things to ensure are -
1) The same wheel track is finally achived, means be sure about the offset of the wheel.
2) Use the right size of tyre as recommended by the manufacturer.
Since you are in Pune, you may drop in at my place in the evenings to see how the adaptor & wobble wahser setup has been done in my car.
