Default Yokohama tyres in bangalore

hi,

I'm planning to get Yokohama tyres for my esteem. The size being 175/70 R13. Now i was wondering would the A300 or ES100 be better? and would anyone know how much the tyres would cost in bangalore.

Once again, looking to the veterans here to help me out..

A big thank you in advance!!
AJ

A300 are way too soft for bangalore roads. It's better you try other brands like michelin energy. The ES-100 are good tyres but they are pretty old in the market now and are more towards grip and handling rather than comfort.

I'd suggest the Goodyear Ducaro GA.

In 175/70-13 u won't get Yokohama ES100.
Michelin XM1 and Yokohama A300 are the best options available in the market.

175/70 R13 is now also available in Yokohama A-Drive. It's a nice tyre with a good looking pattern, do have a look at that too.

Thanks guys.. So it seems my options are the A300 and the Michelin XMI in a 175/70 R13 size. I have been quoted 2800 per tyre for the A300, is this a good price? and would anyone know how much the michelin would cost me?

My car is slightly old so i really dont see the point of getting really expensive tyres..

And thanks for the responses!!!

I think 175/70-13 Michelin XM1 is around 2600 per tyre so A300 should cost less than that..I'm may be wrong i'm not sure.

175/70 R13 should be cheaper than 2800 for sure. I think 2500 or below would be a good price so do try some other dealers too.

Try Millivisions at the end of Lalbagh road. Basically Lalbagh road forks, take the one leading towards jayanagar on the curve you will find this shop. He gives good discounts and has most of the brands

Yes I have heard Millivisions is good, never been there though. I normally recommend friends to go to Shravan in Seshadripuram. I have PMed you his number.

Thats Saravanan and not Shravan. The place is Hercules Tyres.
