I would recommend getting the Michelin Nergy XM1+'s for your car in 185/65 r14. They will last you longer than the Goodyear's and are very good tyres. Plus, they'll cost you 3400 or so per piece thanks to a recent price reduction.

And you dealer is right Yoko has no presence in Eastern India.
