In Karol Bagh original Bridgestone HT from dealer is 5200, thats no go.
As for tube-type to tubeless conversion all you have to do is change the valve, and put in tubless valve, and any tire can be used as tubeless, however its not very safe.

Tanveer,

Maybe it's just me but I'd NEVER buy used tyres. The stakes are too high, considering that those 4 small rubber patches are your cars only means of contact with the road.

Maybe the JKs would fit the bill.

My OE Bridgestone Dueler H/T tubed type tyres were changed at 59000 km. They would have lasted at least another 5-6 K km more.

Why not the Dueler H/T since you only need one? It is tough enough, long living - no idea about the compound though. This way you don't have to worry about matching, tread etc.

My HT blew up on the highway. and they are one of the most expensive tires in the market.
I think I will go with some desi brand. Experience on the indica with MRF and apollos have shown that Desi manufacturers make much better all rounders than the foreign maal.

anyways, time to move to the Safari Tires thread!

Buy any tire new, i would pick the cheapest MRP in same size and keep it as spare. Thats what i have done in my swift after i lost one of my Goodyears :( spare is MRF zvts tubed tire running tubeless, so spare tube is plan B

, but a tube-type tyre should ABSOLUTELY NEVER be run tubeless - the bead construction is different, and can result in sudden deflation due to loss of bead seal - life-threatening at high speed.

Tanveer if you are still looking for used tyres, check filmistan side area. You would have plenty of options there.

Hasn't the Rani Jhansi Road (Filmistan road) tyre market been shifted elsewhere? The shops have been rubble for a few weeks/months, I believe.

My tires have already done 13K, I want to get a tire done same mileage. Later around 40k I'll change all tires for some All Terrain ones like Wanderer or GoodRich. So for now, second hand tubeless tires for 2000INR should be good
Sorry, but I don't see the point of changing tyres for other tyres of the same mileage? Do you mean your tyres were excessively worn and you were looking for less worn tyres?

I had a blowout, so i was earlier looking for used tire with same mileage as my other tires.
However I bought a brand new Elanzo.
