Default FE in upsizing

Hi.I am planning for a NHC Stock 175/65/R14 to 195/55/R15 upsizing.. planning to go in for 15 inch Alloys along with Bridgestone Potenza GIII tires..please tell me how much this will hit on the fuel economy of the NHC.. I have booked NHC Automatic(CVT),so,the City Average might be around 11kmpl..please tell me how much decrease in FE would be there if I upsize to the 15 inchers with Alloys.

There will be a deterioration of about 1KMPL maximum and a slight deterioration in ride but nothing else.
With the right set of alloys, the car will look like a stunner.
