Looks like the following

1) Lagonda - Sanghi
2) Daimler - Bhogilal Collection
3) Veteran car - Humber
4) Car being pushed - Again the Daimler or an early English Make , Can be the earlier discussed Cadillac

Cheers

The car being pushed in the last photograph is certainly the 1921 Cadillac, Registration MC 4971. The damage to the left rear roor is identical to that in the previous post below.

Dear Faster.......you are killing us inch by inch, but what a glorious death. Keep them coming please!

Faster789's collection-harit-rr-pii-x7998-frt-3q-r-faster789.jpg

Such a lovely car, too bad it remains unidentified.

Can anyone confirm if this is the Saklatvala family ? I have a hunch that the lady in many of Harit's pictures of the same car may be Lady Sorab Saklatvala. The lady here seems to be someone else.

Travancore- Do you refer to the Saklatwala family that some influence, in Bombay of the 'Thirties?

IIRC- Nowroji Saklatwala had some *huge* role in Tata & Sons. If I recall correctly, he was the chairman or something.

EDIT: This is what the all-knowing Wikipedia has to say:

Quote:
Sir Nowroji Saklatwala, KBE, CIE (1875 - 1938) was the third chairman of the Tata group from 1932 till his sudden death in 1938
His mother was the sister of J.N Tata.
Quote:
His mother Virbaiji was the sister of Jamshetji Nusserwani Tata.
The concerned link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nowroji_Saklatwala

Does this *remotely* help?

I suppose the Model T is the same APU car seen in earlier pictures, and of course surviving, you know the car well.

Thanks again dear Faster! Your 300 Thanks are well deserved.

Looks like Lars de Jounge painted the pair of R-R's in red oxide primer before exporting them.

They should be the C.E.Randle (later Raja Pratapgiriji ?) Silver Ghost 55CW; and the ex-Sangli PI 87RC.

That's pretty shiny for red primer - more likely that its just old paint.

The Studebaker with rumble seat is possibly the car today in the Bhogilal collection, though its just a guess.

Faster, if I may ask, what is the story behind the showroom visible in the Studebaker picture? In the same setting we also saw the Antem Bentley B24BN, and what is probably the same moped visible in the display. Was it a classic car dealer's showroom?
