Absolutely right Mole, the cars got potential and in your expert restorative hands, it would spring back to life in all its originality. This is one car I can vouch for. I have driven a similar one which my Dad owned and its an absolute scorcher.

Mole and gogi bhai will try and talk to owner for this ford and at the cop station for the other ford maverick as well. that car picture is also on thins thread. it is in yellow again a fastback but has a new spoiler

Nice one Farhan. The picture has to be atleast 7 - 10 years old because the new ferry boats in Goa have to sport a Red and Green light on the roof to indicate Port and Starboard side. But wonder where this one was taken. Possibly when the Mandovi bridge had collapsed.

Very interesting indeed! Do you have a larger shot by any chance? I cant positively identify either the van or the car. Wonder if they still languish at the bottom?

This is the only picture I have. Vehicle besides the van looks like a commercial vehicle, with the spare wheel on the roof and a tarpaulin (?)covered rear half. Grill looks similar to the 40's Austin. You better check them out!!

Well Kiran he did say the pic. was taken circa 1955....? Which also explains why it was B&W.

Thats a Citroen 100%. Compare the car below.


Whats the story with these cars? Are they all in the same lot, are they for sale or to be broken?
