Dear Shyam - they built the chassis and the body. Incidentally it just strck me after all these years that after BMC8582, BMC1158 and BMC9008, BML2880 happens to be my fourth Standard Super 10 (it was a black super 10).

Best regards,

Behram Dhabhar

Somehow I dont find this one as well-executed as the others I have seen in Hyderabad though!

Here one with the Hurricane engine is rotting - lets hope things get better for the Willys Station Wagon.

WOW - it's a 4 wheel drive station wagon, which is rare. Somebody save it please.

A 1955 Fiat in a Nagpur workshop- another 1960's Fiat Select can be seen beside it.

Actually Willys made many more 4x4 station wagons, sedan deliveries and ambulances than two-wheel drive equivalents.

I spotted this chassis lying in a corner of a garage in Pune the other day. It is possibly part of a project under restoration, or just leftovers!

Can anyone identify it? From its size and wheel designs I suspect it to be an early Fiat 500, though I cant rule out the possibility of it being something more exciting like an Adler Trumph, which also sported similar wheels. What say?

Yaa man, we could do something with it, along with the topolino body (sans engine... would an 800 engine help ??) which we found in khandala .

I remember I posted about BMF6061 and MMB2851 a couple months ago... Cyrus you said you may have a picture of it?

I'm trying to track this car down and buy it from the original owner. As I previously said, it's my late grandfather's old car and I have immense sentimental value to it.

If anyone's seen it, I would appreciate if someone would ask the person how much he wants for it.
