Not bad, though the point on the front trim should come at the end near the headlight. Is she for sale by any chance?

I can spot a chevy, probably a 66 Impala/Belair/Biscayne, and a 114/115 in two of the pics.

Also if I've seen right, the bonnet trim strip is a Super select one, modified to accomodate the original fiat badge at the edge....

Ohh....ok......btw, I've a question for the fiat gurus here (including you ofcourse karl!)- my dad (& also some mechanic once) had told me that there was a fiat model known in the 70s as 'Ladies fiat'....any idea what model this could be? Could it be the padmini (going by its name) when it first came out, or was the fiat available in some er- feminine colour (like pink- as my delight was! ) at some point of time giving it this name?

With permission from the Fiat Gurus I would like to attempt to answer this one. The fiat came in a few feminine colours (IMHO they were feminine) viz; Jonquil a light yellow and Verde a horredous sea greenish turquoise but that was in the late 70s as the padmini was introduced in the late seventies Maybe thats why, maybe, some called it the Ladies Fiat but i dont recall any such Model name or nick givn top fiats, ever. Yes the woomen did prefer it to the ambassador for its sheer ease in parking and driving. Yes you have a point there re the Padmini because of its name, being given that tag.
