So lovely to see a BYH Elegant Ravi, though rotting now. Our neighbour had one with registration BYH 2173. He had sold it long back. Do not know where this car is?

@Anjan: Is BYH a Pune number ? This car is BYH 29**.

Yes Ravi BYH is a Pune registration for sure. It was followed by MHP when Maharashtra was formed.

Sure I do that in any case every Sunday! Behram you can join us with or without your Fiat. Adheesh where are you?

If I am not mistaken MHP was the first Poona RTO registration and highly coveted on cars and bikes by Pune collectors.

Yes, it is alive. BYH 2173 is a red 56/57 Elegant, seen in Bombay a couple of times. I think it is another film shoot car.

Both this Sunday as well as the next is fine with me, but minus the Fiat. Also, Tangy Tomato is under renovation and will reopen as Chilli Flake or something, hence the second 'F' would need to be looked after

Karl, thanks for the pictures and for sighting this car instantly. I am really surprised to see this car after so many years. So nostalgic it is! Had many rides on it when it was here. It was actually an older Dukkar with no centre light and with the aluminum grille, wheel caps and tail lights. The tail lights were of the older kind.

I did suspect it was a Millecento when I saw the side-pattis...but later reckoned they might've been added on later.
