Didn't you'll have a scheduled FCCCI meet last Sunday?
Yes, we had but a very tiny one.

Myself, Cyrus, Varun (michael schume), Ravi (SuperSelect), jalsa777 with his Palio 1.2, Kavesh (kavesh55) and Amol (the mole) turned up.

It is not Last sunday rupesh, its First Sunday. And we have been having the same routine since more than a year now. I think it is understood now. Unless there is a special event happening, or if we are meeting at another place/time. We will sil give standard updates on First Sunday meets though for the benefit of everyone.

Default Whitewall tyres.

Greetings all.

The Fiat Club is hopefully getting a batch of Ceat Safety Drive whitewall tyres specially made for our members. These were OE fitment to our classics, and have been out of stock and discontinued for some time now.

Anybody interested please PM your requirement, and we'll take it from there. I think size is common to Morris Minor too, 5.20 14.

Prices are yet to be finalised, we will know once we have an approx number of orders. I would think this is the last chance we would get for purchasing these tyres. And please note, This is an entirely non commercial activity from our side.

Cheers
Karl

Can everyone be more specific on the numbers please. A set could be interpreted as 4 or 5 tyres. I strongly urge everyone to take 5 instead of 4. Please remember to spread the word.

I want four per car as it does not make sense buying another one for the stepney, since the cars are not going to be used as daily drives. Then again these tyres, even if unfitted, do not have a particularly long shelf life, say max not more than a couple of years as new, even unmounted, as they become hard and also probably crack due to non use. So if someone can convince me otherwise, my set means four tyres, that makes two sets = 8 tyres in total. Thanks.
