Hi guys.

After much thought I am putting up my Lambretta for sale. It is an imported model, 1965 Series Three Special - a very stylish scooter, and very rare in India.

It is complete for the most part, expect unfortunately the handle bar is from a Vijay. It has clear MH documents, though insurance and fitness has expired. It starts, though needs full restoration.

I'm only putting it up for grabs to try and raise funds to complete other long pending projects. Restored ones have been offered to me between 2 and 3 lakhs, so I'm expecting 50k, or best offer. Genuine enquiries only please. You may PM me or email me at karlbhote(at)gmail.com

As rightly said it is a hot rod built up on a esteem base with a classic body. I saw an ad in a car mag today.

Hehe - as you know for me it is Fiat first, and I was merely trying to raise funds for this.

I have seen this car up close and it is not original. Too many changes and none of the mods are period/authentic. I suppose owner went for some type of retro mod which in my opinion has devalued the car. Dashboard was not original not sure if restored now. Non standard bodywork has been carried out instead of sourcing original plastic fender flares cladding - Short of the long all the lipstick and accessories have been put to be able to justify quoted price. I suspect OZ wheels are replica's too. I am sure that pricing has multiple dealer margins (read major mark up) integrated into it so you expect one' mom, pop, uncle, cousin, brother, servant, driver, gardener, all and sundry having a finger in this deal. Not worth it

This 1952 low bonnet Jeep (is it a Ford?) with some exterior mod jobs and powered by the ISZ 1800 petrol engine is available for sale at Nagpur.
The seller is my mechanic, who is also a garage owner.I am not aware of the finer details which he may be able to tell better.
I can pm his number and email id to anyone interested.

Eeew.....!

Low bonnets never existed in 1952.

This one is contraptions of lots of mix and match of different jeeps. And even the engine swap. Sad wheels.

Unless he's selling it for less than 75K, its not worth the money.
